Product can be used for A320 and B737 plane. It is made of sheet metal and machining components. This product is completed through several working process: NCT/ laser cutting, CNC, bending, stamping, welding, oxidation and assembling. Product requires waterproof.
Process difficulty: when welding aluminum sheet, sheet won’t crack
Machining parts tolerance: 0.05mm
Sheet metal parts tolerance: 0.2mm
The diagonal tolerance of cabinet welding parts: ±0.4mm
